1. Angled spring leg goes on top.                                     2. Spring foot against flat side of stop.

3. Use plate to rotate spring leg clockwise.                   4. Press plate and bearing onto wheel.

5. Slide wheel onto shaft part way.                                  6. Align stop on fram with gap on plate.

7. Pry spring clockwise and slide wheel on.                   8. Replace retaining ring.
